Long time no Post

Hello I'm back. There are so many things I wanted to share. Our MIS is down so this is my chance for Updates.

EGR(Encounter God Retreat)-September 29-0, 2006. Wow, I thought it will be postponed because of Storm Milenyo on the day before the EGR. Me, Malen Ada, Ruthie Amper, Janice De Asis, and Jacky were the candidates from Doulos for Christ Church. This two days retreat marks a big difference in my Life.

Kuya Fred- I became a Cell group memeber under Kuya Fred. Sya ang Cell group leader ko. We share the same thoughts and likes singing even though I have a little problem on mine. He is one of the lead singer in our church. So thats it.

Oct 1.- I go back to work and since my Cellphone was lowbat and we do not have landline at home I was not informed that I am moving to Mid-shift. This is due to my planning of moving to PLCM. I go to work early and I was so wet because it was still raining. So I have no choice but to go back home. But I decided to attend service in the morning before returning back to work. So starting this day I am attending the Sunday service in the morning and never finish because I have to rush to work at 12 PM. Go to work and I forgot to bring my wallet. Thanks God I still have my coin purse and some food stock in my locker. Skyflakes and century tuna. That's what I've eaten for the whole day.

Oct. 3.- I receive an email from cecil that Marge(bestfriend) will go to Singapore for her interview and to find work. I meet Marge at Megamall. Talk about her plans and our life/work. I really like this girl but she belongs to someone already. Everytime we meet my head spinning whether to tell her my feelings or maybe not because it is not right. But when I have the chance to tell her I always weighing this feelings because I am afraid to hurt her. I know I already overcome this. I have to stop it and look to others. I thought I found the one for me but she seems not interested to me. I try to keep in touch and belongs to her world but she always ignoring me. Broken hearted nanaman. Haayyyy.

Oct. 15.- For the past weeks I had the chance to see her even for a few moments when she arrives early. Her head bows down everytime we meet in the elevator or when we meet in the hallway. I heard she has relationship already but I have not confirmed it yet. I always hoping that someday she will recognize me. I try to set aside this feeling but everytime I see her the feeling going back. I attebded the Morning service and proceed to work this day. At night I am meditating Romans 6:23 and got a terror by night.

Oct. 16.- This is my day. Happy Birthday to me. I have my college friends(Cecil, Eunice and Jedi) and my relatives at home. I am very happy to see them. I prepared almost all the menu. I am happy to hear that Cecil will be staying here to work for good. Her contract for work abraod had finished already so we have a lot of time to see each other. I am also happy to see Eunice. I hope I have the chance to invite them to attend the Friday service. hehehehhehe.

Oct. 18. Go back to work. Got an email to answer Technical exam for my intent of moving to PLCM. I also got an email from Back Office about my Interview on Friday. Wow is this blessings already after my birthday? I am so excited for my movement.

Oct. 20.- Todays my Restday but I have to go to office for my interview. My letter of inent was not yet signed by Sir Teody or was not yet forwarded to HR. We print a new copy. Signed by My TC, OM and then to Sir Teody before an interview. But my OM go home and my papers was with him. I talked to Sir Teody about the interview and told me to proceed with the interview. At first the OM of PLCM- Sir Jet reminded me that the interview doesn't mean that I will automatically be part of their team. It is just part of qualifying me for the Team. I understand him. But God help me, he told Dada to process my papers for my quick movement. I am happy that day. I am expecting to be move next week.

Oct. 23- Go to work early. So excited to receive email for my movement. I also install my new computer at PLCM. But Sir Teody hold my papers. He told me to wait till a new batch of Escalation agents will be deploy. I understand him but I have little disappointment in my heart. I pray at night that I will entrusted my life to Jesus my Lord God. I know He knows whats the Best for me.

Oct. 24. - Work and bought icecream for my blowout to Mid-shift. We should have to celebrate our birthdays(Sir Jelo, Marci and Gio) in Barako but I decided not to go with them. I love them but I do not like the way of there life. I would like to be the light for them but it is so hard to ministry them.

Oct. 27. - Work on restday and then meet Laurice at Cubao. I plan to meet her not only to see her but also to invite Laurice for Friday service. After the service we proceed to Baywalk.

Oct. 28. - Got to Circle to meet Cousin Sally and Ian for morning exercise. Do my usual exercise and then eat lomi at one of the eatery in Circle. At 12 PM get up to prepare myself going to work.

Oct. 31. - Still no email for my movement to PLCM. Talk to Sir Teody about it and he told me to wait. My name is already on the line for movement but just wait for the new batch of Escalation members.

Nov. 1. - All Saints Day. Go to work. My parents are in Tanay because they are looking after our harvested crops.

Nov. 2.- Meet Baredo's Family at Farmers to go to Eternal garden. We visited by lola's grave and paid the caretaker of the grass for my lola. Cousin Sally ask me to go with her going to her father in pasig Cementery. I went straight to their home at Proj. 4. Play Billiard, table tennis and did karaoke all night since when we got to Pasig cementery it was closed already.

Nov. 3.- Meet Jumz for our First Post Encounter. have plaster in my lower left face because of little surgery. This was the scar I got during my childhood. What a bad experience with dogs but stil I am not afraid with them. I still love them.

Nov. 4. - Happy birthday Mother. Sorry but I have to go to work. I love you even if I often tell you this words. How I wish we can spend about 50 more years because I want to show you how much I love you and father.

Nov. 10.- Attended Friday Service. Won Pinoy Henyo game. The word is "Christmas Bonus." I've got the word bonus first and since we are the last pair contestant and the time is running-out they help me to be specific about the word bonus. And they telling me that it is something everyone is waiting during December. So that's it. I got the word Christmas and then the bonus.

Nov 12.- Once again. I did not attent the Sunday service. We have problem in Tanay. My father needs to go home. No one will take care the land. We have problem at home due to some conflicts with my father and my sister. Planning and decisions last night that cause me not to attend the service.

Story:
Once more, the cutterpillar saw the flower. And the cutterpillar really love to be near and be-friended to the flower. But the flower doesn't want this ugly cutterpillar. The flower seems have the mask and ignore this cutterpillar everytime they meet. The cutterpillar try to look for another flower. The cutterpillar found new friends with the bees, the ants and with the other plants. But everytime the cutterpillar see the flower the feelings is going back. The cutterpillar don't know what to do but to stop and ignore his feelings.

I Feel Happy

For the past weeks I feel very happy with my life. I know now the reason why I am living. I know my direction. I know what I want in life. I have goals and plans with my life. I know that everything will be alright. I know that I could not have anything I want. I know that what is going on with my life is Gods plan. I know that He has a good plan in my life. I just need to be still and follow. I need to wait.

There is time for everything. I know that when something goes bad I think for the positive side of it. Problem, bad things are only in our mind. We just need to accept it. I always putting in my mind that when things goes wrong I know that something better to come. I just need to open my eyes wide to see what good things it is showing.

I need to be different. I know that people who think different are people are happy, successful and fullfilled.

Why not look for things you don't have? Why spend time doing things you cannot do. But if you really want it, go on. Try it. There is no reason for you not to try. But it is better to do things you know. Things you wanted to do. I believe that if you really want something and you do it with passion and with perseverance you can succeed.

I've learned that if you will put your heart, do your best and do things for the glory of God, God will be happy for its outcome.

Before, on my first day of work I am so tired. It is a very stressful day for me to wake up on the first day of work. Think of it that I will wake up in the middle of the night. But now I feel like I have a over-flowing energy, power to start my day. I dont know where it came from. It is just started when I attended the Firday and Sunday service.

I know and I believe that the power and spirit of God is in me, and that is the reason why every moring I am excited to go to work.

I do not worry what will happen to me for the next day. I know that there is better to come. I just need to follow.

I am working as a Technical Suport Agent for four (4) years. I've started as first level agent and now part of Escalation Team that handles escalated calls and handling Advance Networking products. Let me share something about Call Center.

Call (Verb)- To make a request or demand.
Center (Noun)- A point, area, person or thing that is most important or pivotal in relation to an indicated activity or interest.

Types:

1. Inbound. Agents respond to calls or emails from customers. They do catalog and other sales work, customer service, help desk, or tech support.
People in this type needs more training, pay better, and are more desirable than outbound jobs.
They are attractive because inbound center agents talk to people who wnat to talk to them.

2. Outbound. Initiate calls to customers.
Do telemarketing and market research work.

Question and Answer

1. What is the best part of your job?
With the current job, we are building leaders. Helping not only to get the position but more importantly the skills they need to be successful in that position.
When you influence fevelopment of employees for the company.

Before enumerating the Values a person have in Marketplace let us first know what is the reason why we are working.

When Ms. Geraldine ask this question, my answer is this:

I am working because I am born to work. We are living in this world to work. We are working because in order to live one person needs to work. Not only for the reason of earning money to live but also to help our family and other people. We are all working because everyone needs each other. Through working people are able to attain their happiness and the flow of life will continue.

My own perspective when it comes to why I am working is that I am preparing myself to have a good future with my own family someday. To have better life and achieve my goals in life. Maybe I am looking with work not only to earn money but rather it is a responsibility of every person as a living creature created by God.

Clay in the Potters Hand

I am not going to teach how to make a pot. I want everyone to put ourselves as the clay while the Hands of the Lord are bringing as up and leading us to the direction He wants us to be.

Stages:

1. Massaging.
Checking the conditions or the attitudes. God allowing us to make decisions. He letting us to do what we want and giving us what we want.

2. Wedging.
Slicing, cutting, slamming and tapping the clay.
Feelings are get hurt. Feel the pain which causes rebellion and pride arises.

After the pain God will give something for refreshment.

4. The Potters rotates the wheels, puts the dough. Presses with His thumb and odds more pressure.

Before when I heard treasure I am thinking for forture. Money, Gold, pearls, Diamonds or something that will makes me wealthy.

I remembered movies or stories about treasure hunting. They often times failed to get the treasure but they learned something that wealth can compare. These are treasure in Life. The experience they learned while seeking the treasure will be the treasure they find.

Treasure can't be found on surface. It is beyond the obvious.

Make or spend your time wisely. Spend your time so that everybody will be benifited. Most of the time we our spending our time to accumulate money and we often forget our family. Take time to bond to your love ones since we are working for them.

All leaders are learners.

8.It's never been tried by.
There's always a room for improvements.

9. You start from the given.
All problem starts with a given.

10. It's not working out.
Let's try it one more time from different angle.

2. Mistakes. Turning adversity into oppportunity.

3. Rejection. It is all in your mind. Nobody can reject you.

I've learned from this passage in the Bible Ezekiel 37:1-14.
Let's pick verse in this passage.
"Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath [a] enter you, and you will come to life. 6 I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.' "

It says that the best way to energize a stressful and hurtful body is surrendering yourself to God.
Prayer is a powerful tool to energize a stressful body. How powerful His Spirit that energize your Spririt and the physical body will follow.
Try reading the Bible and hear Spiritual Words and you will find energy flowing to your body.

What's Life all about? We are always seeking for new things. We never be contented in our life. We often trying and finding looking for something to make our life meaningful.

We are almost doing the same thing everyday. We are very stessfull and do not have energy for the next day. Because of this we often find ourself helpless and don't know if there is something better to come.

I believe that everyone find thereself in this situatiion. We loose hope and depress.

Here's some thing I've learned by attending seminar which was conducted by Doulos For Christ Fellowship.

It's been a long time since I've posted. The website was blocked in our work. I was promoted and have new responsibilities. I remembered Spiderman. Great power means great responsibilities. I acquire new power/ higher position but there are lot of responsibilities and expectations come. It's been a while since I've used to it. I am still in the adjusting period. I just need to relax and control all situations. I've learened to prioritize and make fast decisions.

I've learned how to control or maybe more patience. I've learned how to deal with different people. Sometimes there are conflicts and stress always coming in. Everyday I take a deep breath when its coming.

It is very timing when Ms. Ada invited me to attend seminar conducted by their Church named Doulos for Christ. Topic was about Change. Here's something I remembered. Hope it will help others who will read it.

Change is inevitable.
It needs a long time.
Change is a state of mind.
You can control change.
Go with the flow of change.
Accept change.
You can control stress if you can control change.
We are afraid of change because we will loose something.
We are afraid of new responsibilities.
We are afraid of what others will say.
We are afraid of expectations or what others will say.
We are afraid to go back to level 1.

After the seminar we go to Baywalk. I met some friends. Mr. Benny-nakakatuwa talaga sya. Parang si Sally sa work. Si Noel, Marlon, jumz, Trina, Rex, Loiue. Kasama namin si Aimz at nagpa album siging ako sa kanya sa Baywalk. Tapos si Ruthie. First time ko maligo sa office. Uwi din kami bandang 1 am.

That day- Saturday I've slept all day long.

Busy...Not feeling well...Need silence

Almost everyday, Ms. Marleen Ada buying me my daily breakfast. Either palabok or sopas. Ang sarap kasi di ka magsasawang kainin. I want you to know Ms. Ada that I appreciate it. Ang bait mo talaga. Peace. I've learned that saying "Thank You" to other person who did a good to us makes the other person happy. Di ba when anyone saying Thank you to us we feel happy and at least we feel that the other person appreciates what we are doing to them. Its an act of gratitude to the other person. We acknowledging the other person because their is something we could say sacrifice in his part.

For me this is a big deal. It is a good attitude that everyone should incalculate. Maybe something we have to be used to be.

So once again, Thank you and thank you very much. Tagos hanggang puso...

Passport...

Last Saturday (June 10, 2006)I went to Quezon City Hall to apply a PASSPORT. First time ko to. Friday before that day I went there to confirm if it will be held the next day. Thanks to my friend Jedi who told me about this who was able to process his Passport as well from my City Hall instead of going to DFA- Department of Foreign Affairs. I wake up around 5:30 AM and I arrived there around 6 AM. I thought that I would be one of the first people there but I was shock when I saw how many people were there already. I thought they will not accept my application because they have a quota of only 1000 people. Take note that they will prioritize the elders, minors and disabled people. This is a one day process.

I bring my documents and while on the line I saw everyone have an application form. I asked them where did they get it and they said it was given the day before or from their barangays. Someone said that the form have numbers and cannot be replicated. I asked some DFA personnel/ City Hall personnel where I can get the form. He told me to Xerox it since they do not have the form anymore.

I have to Xerox some documents as well so I rush to the nearest xerox copier stall and good enough to saw someone who have a copy of form. I ask if I can have a copy as well and the girl was generous to give me a copy.

Time pass, about 8:30 AM, I was near giving the application when it rain. Bad trip or blessing. Cyempre may mga sumingit. May nahuli, nauna o nawala sa linya. I think we were moved two to three lines from our line before. Almost 11 AM when I go home instead of waiting for the releasing of the passport. I go back pass 2 PM. Waited till Pass 3PM when they started releasing the Passport.

So here I am, ready to go out the country. I don't know where will be my first destination. Only God Knows. Is it for vacation or for work? I believe it is either of the two.

SUCCESS

Sometimes we are asking ourselves how Successful we are. Most of us measure it based on our wealth, rank in our society or how influence we are. I've learned from a book some points how we can measure SUCCESS. Hope the following will help us and lets all reflect it with our lives.

S- Sense of Direction. You know where you are going. You set your own goals and will act to achieve it.

U- Understanding. A person tries to understand himself and others. Knowing that he cannot leave alone without the help of people around him. Sometime we ignore to listen to the other persons side or point of view because a person was bron to be self-centered or have a high ego.

C- Courage. A person knows how to get up when failures and defeat comes.

C- Compassion. Learn to be concerned to others. You will build a good name, will gain true friends with this.

E- Esteem. One of the most driving force for self esteem is knowing that there are someone who cares for you. You know that you are importand in this world. Someone or everybody recognize or acknowledge your importance.

S- Self-respect. Respect yourself if you want others to respect you. You are what you are to self to outside. Your self respect will be your mirror in this world.

S- Self-confidence. Have gutts to do everything. Believe to yourself that you can do it and have the power to achieve it. Persuade others to see your point of view.

I learned that there is time for everything.
2. At work a person never leave his project unless its completed. That means that a person never leave his responsibility and have a positive attitued towards work.
3. Capable of facing failures and defeat without complains. That means a person knows that he cannot have everything in his own way.

Ohayo Gozaimasu!

Nang dahil sa post ni Aimie about Japanese name I remember my plan of studying Nihongo. Self study muna ako. Pag may alam na ako konti baka mag attend me ng class for Nihongo. Thanks Aimie!!

Yesterday I started studying Nihongo. I begin writing the Katakana letters. I have 15 letters memorized yesterday. Today I am aiming to learn 10 letters more. I enjoying learning new things. I was assigned for VAR support during Sundays and Mondays. As usual, there are few calls because these are Sat-Sun in the US. Instead of spending idle time for games or browsing the net I will spend it learning Nihongo.

I want to learn a third language. Japanese language looks challenging. Japan is one of the biggest name in the world because of their wealth and high-tech gadgets.

Nihongo characters are diffucult to write. Siguro dahil beginner pa lang ako. Its like writing in abstract. If given a chance I also like going to Japan to learn their culture and way of life. I would like to learn the Japanese way for the betterment of myself and my people. Sana may mag bigay sa aking ng free ticket tour sa Japan. Sulat kaya ako sa wish ko lang. Pwede.

To all the Monthers out there, Belated Happy, Happy Mothers Day.

My mother was in the mountain of Tanay Rizal during Mothers day. I have work that day and I am planning not to attend with ESCA Team Bonding in Atipolo Rizal but I was not able to contact my mom. I decided to go to Antipolo instead of staying home alone with my younger brother. Alam ko na aalilain lang ako ng kpatid ko kasi ala yung nanay ko. Patigasan kasi sa bahay alang mag luluto. Mas gusto pa nilang kumain sa labas. Ako naman, mas prefer kong kumain sa bahay kasi one to sawa. Masarap atang kainin yung pagkain na niluto ko. hehehehe.

I know that my nanay knows how much I love her and my tatay. Sometimes I prioritize them than to me. But I love what I am doing. As long as it makes them happy. I am nothing without them. I will let them hapy while still living in this world because who knows when thay will go or will my journey end...

I was happy because last March 27, 2006 I met my bestfriend during my College days. Her name is Erin. She was mu officemae in Link2Suport but she resigned after a few months. Actually, I went to PUP Sta. Mesa to process Diploma Authentication and I don't expect to see her. I spent 3 hours because many students are paying their tuition fee/miscelleneous for summer class and graduation fee. I thinking of going home but I told myself to wait till the Accounting opened aroung 5:30 PM. I was not able to submit the requirements to Registrar office so I have to go back next day. I text Margie, my college friends who is renting somewhere in PUP. But while waiting for her I saw Erin crossing the street. I do not expect this but I thank God for giving me a chance to see this girl. We are closed till second year. I met this grisl during my College enrollment and because close friend before I was moved to another section on my third year. We often go home together. Eat at the back of our Library and making projects, assignment together. She is like my cousin, they are both cute. As in di katangkaran. Both mabait. We've waited for Marge and I decided to go with Erin first. I know Marge will understand. I met Mr. Melvin Roxas because Erin and Sir Mervin sharing the same apartment. We talked about college days. Life, jobs. etc. After eating supper with them I go back to Marge and we eat ice cream. We did not talk a lot because it is almost 9pm and I need to go home because I have to go to work tomorrow.

Many times I failed. I tried a lot of things but I always end up with to failures. I need to try it many times before I could succeed. I often need to failed many times before I can succeed. That what life is all about. We have to try and try untill we succeed. But I have a passion for Learning. I will never give up easily because of failures. Few of my friends know my real name. My friends call me Tots. My colleage friends started this name. They know me as Tito Menor Donaire Jr. But my name in my Birth Certificate is TIAGO. At home, my relatives called me TIAGO. So if someone know me as Tito wondering how my pamangkin will call me. Tito Tito. Hindi kaya, kasi they calling me Tiago. But I preffer to be called Kuya rather than Uncle, Tito or Tiyo.

Last year I requested for Change Name on our Local Civil Registrar Office at Quezon City Hall. I've waited for almost 10 months to start the process. Last December 2005 I submitted the requirements. They publish the request in Peoples Taliba for two consecutive weeks. In addition I also filled request for correction in my Birth Certificate because my father's name was different as well as the marriage date of my parents.

At last, last March 20, 2006 it ended one of my problem. My corrected Birth certifictae came out. I still have submit it to NSO for finalization and to be authenticated. March 31, 2006 I went back to NSO Quezon Aveneu branch to get the authenticated copy.

So that is the story of my name. At Last I can now use my new Birth certicate without attaching Affidavit because of my name.

I was unhappy when bonus came out and I was not able to get one.
I know that many employess are deserving to get bonus but we are
all dissapointed on its outcome. Hayyy. KAASAR Talaga. Just what
they said. EXPECT THE WORST. I learned it from a TV show. We are
still waiting for second batch but the next pay day came and no
bonus was heard. I am giving my all to my job. I owe alot in this
company but in return we expect the company will give what we
deserve to have. I hope that one day the company will see how
grateful they have for many employees hoping for changes and growth for their career. I am one of them. If only I could leave this
company. As is Now NA. I have responsibilities to my fanily and to
give up my job right now without moving to another job is like
tapping a stone to my head.

I want to grow. I want a new career. I am still waiting for that
day but I have to act now. I think I have to get meditating class

Last year, January 2005 we went to Pangasinan to celebrate my Lola's Death Anniversary. While going home, riding in a bus I pictured the Sun while taking its rest.
